Whiskey Me Away
.5 oz Whiskey Barrel Aged Wildflower Honey simple syrup (equal parts honey + water)
1 T stone fruit preserves, such as apricot
1 egg whitePlace all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into a beautiful glass with a fine strainer. Serve with a citrus twist.
