Women's Health

Designed for women by women, our Women's Health teas and tisanes were created in collaboration with nutritionists and herbalists to specifically address women's health priorities like pregnancy, post-partum, menopause, and general hormone-balancing. 

While we whole-heartedly recommend any of our Wellness Teas to everyone (including the ones in this collection!), our Women's Health teas are blended with herbs and spices that have health properties that are especially beneficial for women. 

To pick out two ingredients as an example, many doctors and midwives recommend both red raspberry leaf and oat straw to women during and after pregnancy to help with milk production and hormone balancing. But the benefits of these herbs don't end there!

Red raspberry leaf is full of antioxidants and rich in vitamins B & C as well as minerals like potassium, zinc, and iron. Sometimes referred to as the "woman's herb", Red Raspberry leaf may help with everything from menstrual cramps to anemia. Similarly, oat straw is also high in minerals like magnesium, zinc, and iron and may help with stress, insomnia, and general mood.
