We are looking to add an outgoing, detail oriented individual to our TEAm of full-time shop worker bees with year-round availability. The ideal candidate wants to share their passion for teas and bees with our guests through thoughtful service, open curiosity, and continued learning. Must be available to work weekends. No prior experience is necessary for this role.

The ideal candidate will:

• Welcome Saratoga Tea & Honey guests with knowledgeable and friendly service
• Delight in assisting guests on the sales floor and at the register
• Exhibit attention to detail through thoughtful upkeep of guest and staff areas; including, restocking, bar-backing, cleaning, and suggesting new merchandising displays as stock rotates throughout the year
• Have a passion for continued knowledge about teas and bees
