About Our Anti-Anxiety Herbal Tea
It probably comes as no surprise that an unofficial study of the herbal teas that sell most quickly from our Saratoga Springs store reveals a lot of people are having trouble coping with stress, anxiety, and insomnia in our post-COVID world. While we already had several sleep, anti-stress, and relaxation teas as part of our collection, we wanted to work with a nutritionist / herbalist to create a blend specifically for those of us who need a calming cuppa.
A subtle blend that's smooth for sipping, this beautiful blend of floral herbs is ideal for those that are looking for a tea to help quell their anxiety, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness during meditation. It may also be used as a sleep time tea, steeped and enjoyed hot before bed or sipped throughout the day as an iced tea for anxiety.
