In this class, you will learn about the potential health benefits of herbs for general wellness, as well as for specific concerns such women's health, arthritis, blood pressure, blood sugar, anxiety, and immune health.
We will discuss how best to brew and use herbal tisanes in your everyday life, focusing on herbs and spices that have been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine.
Class size is limited to 6 and will fill up quickly. Class will be held at Saratoga Tea & Honey at 348 Broadway, Saratoga Springs NY 12866. Expect the class to last 1.5 to 2 hours.
