This high mountain oolong (1200m) comes from one of Taiwan's most famous tea mountains: Ali Shan, and this particular year is a stand out! Ali Shan is hand picked and produced in a small batch in Ruili, Taiwan - one of the most popular terroirs for this type of tea.

The tightly rolled mature leaves of our Ali Shan unfurl over multiple infusions yielding a profoundly aromatic cup with the delicate complexity of green vegetation, white flowers, and spice.
